bug in "XML Schema for OWL"?

I took the schema from the ftf materials
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-webont-wg/2002Jun/att-0118/02-schema.xsd

and fed it into XSV
  http://www.w3.org/2001/03/webdata/xsv

It claims there's 1 problem. I don't quite
understand the diagnostic, but before I get
distracted, I figured I'd report it...
