RE: Issues List updated

Mike,

I took the data I used for this update from the minutes for 5/30 and 6/7.
Have not received the minutes from 6/13.  Normally I wait until I have
something to cite in the mail archive.   

Also, I must have been asleep at the switch, I didn't think we had finalized
5.11.
