Perhaps I am missing something but

<owl:Datatype rdf:ID="xsd:integer" />

is _not_ how rdf:ID works in RDF, so this is not for the sake of readers
familiar with RDF who have expectations about how rdf:ID ought to work. What
is incredibly useful about this?
