current version of XML presentation syntax files

Here is the current version of the XML presentation syntax files.  The
major change from the previous version is to allow rdf:ID, etc, instead of
owl:ID, etc.  

This version does not track the current changes to the feature
specification document.

The files are also maintained at

    http://www-db.research.bell-labs.com/user/pfps/owl/schema-rdf.xsd
    http://www-db.research.bell-labs.com/user/pfps/owl/schema-example.xml

which will often contain minor changes that have not been sent to the
mailing list.  In particular, I don't expect any feature specification
document changes that require changes to these files to be sent to the list
until just before 17 June.
