Attached find logs, diffs since the editor's
drafts.

They're almost all little formatting and linking
fix-ups. The exception is the copyright statement.
WDs have a fixed copyright statement. I took the
liberty of removing parties other than W3C/MIT/INRIA/KEIO.
I presume that's OK.

(I'm not attaching the diffs for the feature
synopsis; they're not meaningful because I used
tidy to completely redo the markup.)
