I propose to use
ns prefix http://www.w3.org/2002/03owlt/rtestOntology#
instead of http://www.w3.org/2002/03owlt/rtestOntology.rdf#

and to (re)use
ns prefix http://www.w3.org/2000/10/rdf-tests/rdfcore/testSchema/
instead of http://www.w3.org/2000/10/rdf-tests/rdfcore/rtestSchema/

I've done a test using
http://www.w3.org/2002/03owlt/FunctionalProperty/Manifest.n3
(which has the proposed corrections) and that one works
