sorry - i meant to make this point when i ended up off of the editor after the 2nd f2f but
neglected to and have recently been offline.  I also received some feedback about the input
so felt it important to get it acknowledged.

it did not look like the release was out though yesterday or today.
I went to the webont home page and it shows the march release on it.
when one clicks the link, one goes to  a working draft so it does not show a release.

i do think acknowledgements are important to get in the document.
