Re: Issues 4.2, 5.2, 5.15, 5.16: proposal to CLOSE

Hi -

I am also opposed to close issue 5.15 and am currently working on a document
that shows which and how features of OWL Lite can be implemented on top of
rule engines with stratified negation and recursion.

This subset of datalog is commonly available with SQL:1999 compliant
databases.
The document should be available by the July 18th telecon and might be a
usefull input for issue 5.15.
