The status of the RDF MT (was: Re: How to layer the semantic web properly?)

Just as a quick comment: the model theory for RDF is a working paper 
of the RDF core WG. I wrote the document, but my role is listed on it 
as 'editor' because it reflects the views of the working group, and 
is issued under their auspices. So it is not the 'Pat Hayes RDF model 
theory'. It is the RDF model theory, and it is part of the W3C RDF 
published specifications. So if someone proposes to use RDF in a way 
that is incompatible with that model theory (or with the final form 
of it), then they will be mis-using RDF, not just disagreeing with 
Pat Hayes.

If anyone doesn't like this, please take the matter up with the WG 
chair, Brian McBride.
