I saw it and understood its import.  I also saw the "<chair hat back
on>" at the bottom of the email.  Should've realised that subsequent
responses had an implicit "<chair hat off again>" - my apologies.

Quite - the issue has certainly been rumbling on for a long time and
needs resolving.  Not convinced that going straight to a vote without a
straw poll is ideal, but then I'm not chairing either....

Apology accepted.  Thanks for responding constructively after my first
