OWL Ontology for XML Infoset?

Revisiting http://www.w3.org/TR/xml-infoset-rdfs and the 
schema (and hence Ontology?) at http://www.w3.org/TR/xml-infoset-rdfs
I wonder if anyone here has looked at using OWL to capture more 
or the constraints on XML Infoset structure, ie. http://www.w3.org/TR/xml-infoset/
