Re: SEM: No dark triples

This may happen, but let's hold off on canceling the request until more of 
us have had a chance to think about this and check Pat's document. 
Personally, I'm not completely convinced that we can completely avoid dark 
triples, though my current understanding of Pat's document certainly 
drastically reduces the places they might be needed.  I don't know about 
the others in the apparently quite small group of people who've actually 
read it, but I haven't gone through Pat's update carefully enough yet to 
be convinced it is the case.  I'll need about a week, again I don't know 
about others.

At the telecon I heard Pat say that we don't need dark triples.
Since RDF Core currently has a request from WebOnt to provide dark 
triples,
and that this will delay their work, I propose that we action the chair to
cancel the request.
