ACTION Volz: Make large ontology available

Hi all,

I finally could arrange that we may make the
AGROVOC ontology available to the group.

AGROVOC is a large thesaurus about food and
agriculture and has been crafted and made available by the U.N.
FAO (Food and Argicultural Organization).

The ontology is multi-lingual, classes have
labels in arabic, chinese, english etc.

The ontology is about 32 MB large.

The following URL points to a compressed
version (ZIP), which still takes 2,7 MB:
