To elaborate on Dan's point - this document is the requirments doc 
for the Web Services Description group.  They include a short section 
on Semantic Web interaction, and suggest that they'd like to see 
review comments from RDF-IG and related groups -- they have a public 
comments list set up (as we did).  I encourage you to look this 
document over, think about it (particularly in light of our agents 
and devices use cases) and send your comments.
