Telecon details - Nov 12 call

WG'ers,
  Am working on setting up the first telecon.  There will be a scribed 
IRC chat group.  Dan will send details of that before the call, but 
if you have not used an IRC chat before, please visit [1] and 
download an appropriate client and try it out (irc.openprojects.net 
has a channel called #rdfig which is a good one to try this out on, 
and one to know about - WOW-G members probably want to become users 
of that chat for discussing issues with knowledgeable developers)
