- Update I18N Considerations with new xml:lang support info (see issue
JW24d)
- Close issue "DB2/DB7" (remaining typing issues are now summarized in issue
"typed-literal")
- Fix misplaced section end in section 7

and:

- started change to use RFC3253-style method definitions and error
marshalling

(Feedback appreciated, in particular concerning the error marshalling
changes).
