wildcard := exactlyone | zeroormore

exactlyone : = "?"
zeroormore := "%"
escapechar := "\"
escapesequence := "\" ( exactlyone | zeroormore | escapechar )
character: see section 2.2 of [XML]

I can't help noticing that SQL actually uses "_" for "exactlyone". Shouldn't
we fix that?
