website with photoshop 6.0

Dear Sir,

We want to make website from Photoshop 6.0/ Premierre
with url   http://www.wwjdsign.co.id,   located  in our PC
but it says we have to upload to webdav.
Please give instruction step by step, how we should do to
enable people access our site online 24 hours.
