We cannot specify sort orders. DASL must rely on the
underlying infrastructure. If we knew what the books or
standards to reference were, we would probably have
referenced them. Alex has the action item to get help
on the internationalization aspects. I sent him e-mail today
to see if he has contacted anyone.
