DASL DTD

Attached is a DTD for DASL.  I have used it with SP
(http://www.jclark.com/sp/index.htm)
to validate examples of DASL.  It will appear in an Appendix of a future
version of the protocol draft.  The DTD is of course subject to comment and
change by this working group.
