The Webalizer can analyze a 40Mb file in around 15 seconds on
a 200Mhz PII machine.. www.mrunix.net/webalizer/index.html
Supports incremental processing as well, so you can rotate
your logs as often as needed (every hour/day/week/etc..)

(I've had lots of Webtrends converts contact me regarding the
speed compared to Webtrends... One thought my program was
broken because it ran so fast ;)
