Publication announcement: SCXML 2nd LCWD

Dear www-voice,

The W3C Voice Browser Working Group is pleased to announce that the
publication of SCXML second Last Call Working Draft.

SCXML is a general-purpose event-based state machine language that can
be used in many ways. It can be used as a meta-language for voice
dialog applications, and also as a controller for database access and
business applications.
