Problem with validation schema

Hello,
I am trying to generate classes using xsd.exe utility at Microsoft
Windows. I use http://www.w3.org/2011/04/SCXML/ scxml.xsd or
scxml-strict.xsd. At both case I receive case error - cyclic link from
parent schema to child schema and
vice-versa.
How I can fix it?
Has anybody know(use) OpenSource solution for running scxml for .Net?
