July CCXML Implementation Report: 9_1_B: 'error.494' event missing required attribute 'reason'

Hello www-voice,

In 9_1_B, script 9_1_B.txml contains the following code:

   <send targettype="'ccxml'" target="session.id" name="'error.494'"/>

Since the generated event doesn't contain required attribute 'reason' it 
is rejected and the test fails.

We recommend to add the reason attribute to the event.
