CCXML: results of testing against July 2010 IR and our new Report!

Hello www-voice,

We have tested against the CCXML July test suite. We can confirm that 
the new suite
does indeed have fixes for the issues we raised from the April test 
suite. These were issue numbers:
684,689,670,680,704,705,706,697,701,693,696,672,690,703,702,694,698,695 
and 677.

Consequently, we are submitting a new implementation report(attached).
