SCXML: New version of Synergy SCXML

Features a first implementation of <invoke>, capable of invoking other SCXML
documents (only).
Check out the two last examples in the menu!

Unfortunately, nesting <invoke> elements does not yet work.

BTW, I felt the need to introduce an 'id' attribute for <invoke>... perhaps
there's another way to do it?
