Relationship to WS-CDL

Given the nature of SCXML and it's ability to specify state machines  
and given that WS-CDL describes a global model which through end- 
point-projection of a role yields the behavior of an end point wrt  
the global model is there any formal or informal relationship being  
looked at between WS-CDL and SCXML?
