The W3C Voice Browser Working Group is pleased to announce that
Semantic Interpretation for Speech Recognition (SISR) Version 1.0 is a
Candidate Recommendation:

W3C publishes a technical report as a Candidate Recommendation to
indicate that the document is believed to be stable and to encourage
implementation by the developer community. The SISR Implementation
Plan document describes how to submit implementation results:
