Transfer element

Hi,

The transfer element has 'dest' and 'destexpr' attribute..and which
specifies the Uri of the destination.

 

Also, for the same attribute as per specification.

"Exactly one of "dest" or "destexpr" may be specified; otherwise, an
error.badfetch event is thrown." 

 

But since it says that exactly one may be specified.then both can be absent
too.

 

So.what should be the behavior in that case.should an event be thrown or
else what should happen.??
