State_Visit_Count and Platform Specific Restriction

SCXML State_Visit_Count(or MaxTime) Issue might be helpful when SCXML Platform want to impose any Platform Specific Hardlimit  of MAX_STATE_VISIT_COUNT (or MaxTime) to stop the execution of the Current Context (or to determine Infinite loop) which may not involve Application Developer to do any stuff but All the State in the Given platform would inherit that Properties.

this seem to be other use_case for State_Visit_Count...(similar to previous)
