namelist attribute on <disconect> tag

Hi..

Could anyone explain a use-case scenario for the new namelist attribute in
2.1 for <disconnect> tag?? When the browser executes a <disconnect> tag, it
disconnects the user/caller i.e the inbound call. What would the browser or
interpreter execution context do with the namelist variables?
