QA review running late

Hi Voice Browser WG,

The QA Team is planning to review the SIRS Last Call WD, but due to the
busy upcoming week (with AC Meeting, W3C 10th Birthday celebration), it
will be running late. I hope you'll still accept it as Last Comments,
though.
