Small editorial bugs in SSML PR

Hello,

Checking the SSML PR [1] with the namespace checker [2], I found that
the document refers to the bogus URI "http://w3clogo.gif/" in the SMIL
example 2 [3]; I suggest using the real URI of the W3C logo, that is
http://www.w3.org/Icons/w3c_home

In addition, checking the examples in the spec using the same method as
for the VoiceXML 2.1 draft (see [4]), I found the following bugs:
- 2 small errors in 2 of the examples of appendix F [5], where the XML
declaration is <?xml version="1.0"> instead of <?xml version="1.0"?>
(the PI must be closed as ?>, not >) [example 2, and greetings.ssml
example].
- the RDF embedded in the example under the metadata element section [6]
uses an "about" attribute where it should be "rdf:about" per the new RDF
Rec
