Re: CCXML Last Call Working Draft Published!

The <meta> and <metadata> elements have been left out of the table of
contents.

The section numbers in section 6 need to be renumbered to account for adding
the <meta> and <metadata> elements. Currently the section numbers are 6.2.1
<ccxml>, 6.2.2 <meta>, 6.2.3 <metadata>, 6.2.2 <if>, 6.2.3 <elseif>, 6.2.4
<else>, etc.
