For me, using Seamonkey 2.53.18.1, Cloudflare takes at least seven iterations (rotating EU logo) before it will finally allow me to tick "Verify you are human", and on many occasions has refused to allow me to tick this box at all.  Even after I have ticked the box it refuses to believe me, and goes through the whole endless cycle again and again and again.

What was once a useful service is now a complete waste of time.
