It may have applied to ALL pages that YOU tried to validate, but since 
no-one else reported the problem it would seem that it was you and you 
alone that was affected.  And since we have no way of knowing (or even 
guessing) what you regard as the universe of discourse regarding ALL 
pages, it was not possible for anyone other than you to investigate.
