Hi Deborah,

To be clear, you can run your open copy of the service without needing to
purchase anything. The version I pointed you to in my previous message is
100% free software.

About resetting the count for your IP address, no, we can’t do that. The
service will automatically unblock you after 30 minutes or maybe 2 hours at
the most. But if your usage then falls back into the same pattern such that
it again exceeds the limits, the service is just going to block you again,
and to keep re-blocking you for 30mins-2hrs each time that happens.
