http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=referer lead to 404 Not found

Hi www-validator!  As I'm not subscribing the list please CC. me.

I noticed that http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=referer lead to the
following content

The requested URL /check was not found on this server.

while  http://validator.w3.org/check work normally, is it something valid
to file on BugZilla?
