The error message also contains instructions about registration. This 
keyword has not been registered, even though some msapplication-* 
keywords are. If you think it is useful and you can cite a definition 
for it, you can propose its registration.

Validators are supposed to apply the registrations when deciding whether 
a keyword is valid. There can in practice be delays of several months in 
this process,
