Is there some problem with that report from the Link Checker? It seems 
to correctly report two links that are dysfunct because the domain name 
(ferguweb.tx.com.ru) does not exist and one link that is incorrect 
because it uses the fragment identifier #doc but the linked page has no 
anchor named "doc".
