Event attributes are the same in Transitional as in Strict. The problem is 
that your document declares an XHTML doctype but uses the spelling 
onMouseDown. XHTML, being XML, is case-sensitive in element and attribute 
names, and the declared spelling is all lowercase: onmousedown.
