ILLEGAL_CHARACTER in QUERY in CSS and JS tags

I receive the following validation output error:
Line 10, Column 175: Bad value /Parts/GenerateFiles/MakeFiles.php?name=ToggleDL&type=text/javascript&path=Parts/ToggleDL&js[]=ToggleDL for attribute src on element script: ILLEGAL_CHARACTER in QUERY.

Syntax of IRI reference:
Any URL. For example: /hello, #canvas, or http://example.org/. Spaces should be escaped as %20.

Here is the exact line of code:

I cannot tell if I need to escape a character in my url somehow, or if this is an error with the HTML5 Validation engine.

I did not receive an error in the XHTML 1.1 Validator.
