That's because there is nothing such as a "filename" on the Web. There 
are only URI, and as is stated at the top of the page, the URI  of the 
document which created the error is <http://www.jallanstudios.com/>.

After some investigation, it turned out that your homepage is sent 
gziped to the validator, however, the gzip file is corrupt. Hence, 
gunzip produces no output when given the file, and the validator itself 
parses an empty document.

Turning out compression is likely to solve the problem, however you 
probably want to investigate what went wrong during the file compression 
or transfer.
