[VE][143] not found in search

Hi There;

Validating http://infraredmagic.com/ 
Error [143]: "value of fixed attribute X not equal to default" 

A magazine article and some non-profit flyers just came out with this URL
and I'd love to be able to fix it soon. This is just the first of 989
violations. I'm using Publisher 2003. Now you know I'm broke!

Using the pre-filled search box to get help with this rule violation
yielded, "Sorry no result found." Can you please tell me what needs to be
inserted?  Thank you for any light you can shed!
