validator can link to the CSS validation page with the link

when the page is validated, as in
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.0011.com%2Fgoodshoots%2Fmoment%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0

maybe the link to the CSS validation service can include that link, since
the user will not need to copy and paste the URL into the empty box again.

the link is a suggestion for the user to validate CSS after validating HTML
or XHTML, so it makes sense that it is to check the same webpage.
