Validating the current Working Draft of HTML 5, http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/WD-html5-20080122/ with validator.w3.org seems to confuse the validator and lets throw it the following error: ------------------------- Software error: Callback called exit. For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([no address given]), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. ------------------------- The current CVS version of the validator http://qa-dev.w3.org/wmvs/ HEAD/ does its job fine without problems, when validating the HTML 5 Draft Spec.
