The autocomplete attribute is not part of any W3C Recommendation, even
though the attribute has been around for a long time. Web Forms 2
(Working Draft at http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-web-forms-2-20060821/)
specifies the attribute.

There's an experimental HTML5 validator that includes Web Forms 2.0
validation at:
http://html5.validator.nu/

(HTML5 isn't even a W3C Working Draft. The WD publication is scheduled
to happen later this month.)
