http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ubaye-verdon.net%2Fbarcinonien%2Fvocabulaire%2FG%2Fg66.xml 
  doesn't report any errors, so the validator must have determined  
that the entities you used were valid according to the DTD.
