After some searching I found out that is indeed a known PHP problem and it  
is even documented. http://de2.php.net/session (under url_rewriter.tags )
However I did not post this, for you to find a solution. I posted this  
because I think it really could help a lot of people to mention this in  
the error description of the w3c validator.
