Hi, I'm not exactly sure about this issue:

http://hmdmhdfmhdjmzdtjmzdtzktdkztdjz.googlepages.com/IDN-XML-test.html
is identified as valid. It uses
SYSTEM http://xn--80akhbyknj4f.boldlygoingnowhere.org/xhtml1-i18n.dtd

http://hmdmhdfmhdjmzdtjmzdtzktdkztdjz.googlepages.com/IDN-XML-test.htm
is identified as invalid. It uses
SYSTEM "http://испытание.boldlygoingnowhere.org/xhtml1-i18n.dtd

| Line 2, Column 79: cannot generate system identifier for document type "html".
